Hair Harmonics Trainings
The two Hair Harmonics Training Programs present hair care education in a unique and completely holistic way. Holistic, as we define it, considers the health and wellbeing of the client, the hair practitioner and the environment in every aspect of the work. This means not using the toxic products and practices that are so common in conventional hair care. Hair Harmonics, also teaches about and presents unique solutions to hair loss challenges and a variety of health and psychological issues affecting hair.
Holistic Hair Care Workshop
The Holistic Hair Care Workshop is a fun and interesting two-day in-person experience. You can also experience it virtually or online at your own pace. It is designed for everyone who wants to know more about the most natural, healthy, holistic ways of nurturing hair.
No prerequisite is needed.
Students will gain an understanding of the greater impacts, both positive and negative, of various hair practices and products. Some extremely damaging practices can be replaced with simple, life-enhancing, new techniques. We will cover many areas of holistic hair care, including the influence of stress and diet on hair health, the psychology of hair, social and cultural influences, and the little-known energetic aspects of hair.
It includes surprising science, theory, tips, and self-reflective exercises designed to change and uplift your understanding and experience of hair and positively impact how you present your work to the world. The training will open your eyes to the many ways you can improve the feng shui of your work space, the quality of your work, and your interactions with clients. You will awaken to a new consciousness regarding the importance of hair in our lives and receive a Certificate of Completion.
The workshop is ideal for hairdressers and stylists, holistic health practitioners, energy healers and anyone eager to learn the truth about hair and the most life enhancing ways to work with it. It is also the prerequisite for anyone wanting to go on to learn the Healing Art of Hair Harmonics. The Holistic Hair Care Workshop is offered independently for $399. The rate may be less when you arrange for a group of at least three students to take it together.
Healing Art of Hair Harmonics Seminar
The next level of training is the Healing Art of Hair Harmonics Seminar. This program trains the student how to cut hair in the most conscious and masterful way possible, while expanding their understanding of holistic hair care. The power piece of the seminar is learning the Original Hair Balancing System, which is based on principles of Sacred Geometry, CranioSacral Therapy, Chinese Medicine and Energy Medicine.
The training is taught through artistic media, first in a two-dimensional format, next in a three-dimensional process, and finally on live models. During the seminar, every participant will work on many live models interwoven with additional information from the fields of philosophy, health, psychology, and science. Individual and group ceremonies and nature explorations with the focus on hair, add to the transformational experience of this training. This segment is done in 5-6 days depending on the number of students.
The Advanced Workshop is the essential completion piece of the Hair Harmonics Seminar. This two day workshop focuses on the advanced techniques and styles that could not be shared until the practitioner has acquired a certain degree of proficiency and experience. This part of the training assures the high quality performance and integrity of the practitioner through empathic supervision as they work with more live models. We also focus on any questions or aspects of the work that the students would like to address.
The entire certification program, including the Holistic Hair Care Workshop, The Healing Art of Hair Harmonics Seminar, including the Advanced Workshop could be completed in 4-5 months if done on a fast track, but generally takes longer, based on personal schedules. The total price is $3999, which basically includes the Workshop for free.
Who are these trainings for?
Often, hairdressers and cosmetologists who have become bored, burnt out, or even ill from conventional working methods are revived when they discover Hair Harmonics. They discover the profound healing possibilities available to themselves and their clients. Stylists can renew their passion and find inspiration and pleasure in working with hair in holistic new ways.
Some students have experience in other alternative healing arts or simply feel called to work with hair. Similar to how reflexology affects the whole body by working on the feet, the precise stimulation of the sacred geometric pattern on the roots creates a positive effect on the whole person and their energy field, while the hair is being cut. Powerful personal experiences have inspired some clients to study Hair Harmonics to learn how to balance the hair of friends and family.
So, Hair Harmonics is for extraordinary hairdressers who desire to explore the healing and spiritual aspects of working with hair, and also for special individuals with no prior hair training who want to experience the realm of holistic hair care at the highest level.
Our certification programs share techniques, tools, business guidance and strategies for working successfully in the ever-growing field of holistic hair care. We are willing, when possible, to arrange a private workshop or seminar.
